Great Bidet Experience
I bought one of these at Costco for $199.99 a couple of weeks ago, but the Amazon price is also really good. Normally these run about $500. It is a GREAT product. So far, no problems, works like a charm, and has a nice number of features. Also, even though the bidet is designed for elongated toilet seats, we stuck it on top of our old round seat and it works just fine. We are just careful not to put pressure on the part that sticks out in the front.
The buttons are very nicely labelled:
For HER front - a gentle stream of warm water
For HER back - a harder stream of warm water
For HIS back - a harder stream of warm water, positioned slightly more forward than the HER setting

Toilet? Pffft...The Intelliseat makes it a THRONE!
OK, so I was walking down the home improvement aisle of my local Costco a couple of weeks ago and saw the Intelliseat for $200. I'd seen these bidet seats previously, but they were super expensive, so I figured they were something I didn't really need or want to spend our money on, especially since we've never used a bidet previously.
But our young toddler was having yet another bout with diarrhea and the hellish diaper rash, so I thought maybe the Intelliseat was worth a shot to help us wash him off more easily than taking off all of his clothes and hauling him up to the kitchen sink or shower (his doctor had previously advised me that washing, rather than wiping, was a must with the diarrhea and rash, plus wiping is incredibly painful for him). Plus, my partner has the occasional hemorrhoid flare up (washing is better for this condition, too) and I do enjoy freshening up quickly without exposing myself to icky chemicals in those ridiculously expensive, wasteful flushable...

I've been thinking about buying one of these washlet/bidets for about a year. I considered this a medical purchase to deal with certain issues I have had for several years.
I first bought a hand held portable "bidet" squeeze bottle (amazon $15) to try out to see if it would work for me before putting out the hundreds for a washlet and more for the installation of an outlet next to the toilet. I concluded that it did help with my issues and additionally I ended up using far less TP and wipes, saving both the environment and money. I even took this along when I traveled.
A few weeks ago, instead of buying the toto brand washlet I had been eyeing, I ended up buying an Intelliseat from a local costco for a great price. Installation was pretty straightforward and quick. I'm currently using a dedicated 3 prong extension cord plugged into a grounded outlet until I get an GFCI outlet installed.
