Awesome Shower!
This shower is terrific works as described. Nice big shower head with many settings. The water really does engulf you and its everywhere, like a rain shower. I love the ability and flexibility to use the shower head, hand shower or both! After much research, this was it for me! My only complaint is that it can slip sometimes from the handle.

Leaks, cheap plastic construction
I paid nearly $100 for this (at a big-box hardware store, not through Amazon) and was not able to examine it closely because the package is hermetically sealed so you can't see the components other than the shower head itself. Boy, do I regret it!
The connection to the shower gooseneck (the thing that comes out of the wall) leaks like a sieve. That is because the connector is plastic, rather than metal, and not up to the job of providing a stable base for the giant shower head and the sideways forces generated when you take the hand shower out of the center socket or adjust the ball joint that lets you aim the shower. When I tightened it enough (just barely enough) to keep the connection to the gooseneck from rotating, it popped the washer up inside the gooseneck, resulting in the giant leak. This may be the source of the complaints of numerous other reviewers, that the stream of water is weak. (And yes, of course, I used teflon tape on the threads! I even tried a thicker,...
