Excellent quality
I needed an escutcheon plate for a sink faucet installation. Since I was using a high end Kraus faucet, and Kraus doesn't make escutcheons, I had to find one acceptable. This item is great. Very heavy, quality product including brass mounting hardware and a rubber gasket the full size of the plate. Was delivered in very short time. Completely satisfied.

Solid, impressive artwork! :)
Installed this under a Hansgrohe Allego E Prep Sink faucet. This baseplate is like carved artwork...solid, heavy, and likely to look like new in 15 years!
The previous faucet (also a single handle unit) had an unimpressive baseplate. The old plate was held in place only by the faucet and caulk. The Hansgrohe unit is secured by not only the faucet, but also hardware through the other two holes in the sink, helping insure no leaks under the baseplate.
Note the picture differs slightly from the actual product. In the picture, the front and back edges appear to taper slightly toward the ends, making the center appear a bit deeper. In fact, the front and back edges are parallel to each other.

Matches other Hansgrohe/Axor with the Steel Optik finish. Not much more you can say, after all, it is just a baseplate.
